Reset Health collects payments exclusively through TherapyNotes, our third-party EHR system. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations.

 

Before starting services, you will be invited to join the patient portal and complete your documentation via email. Please complete the Payment Authorization Form to save a card for any charges not covered by your insurance.
